The Caswell Science & Technology Park in Northamptonshire has got a new tenant. RPS, the consultancy company has announced that it will soon be staffing a new shared office in the park with 43 employees.

The Caswell Park has got a lot of interest in recent times. The environmental planning group had earlier signed a 5 year lease in a building within the park. The lease made the group the largest tenant at the location.

As of now, there are as many as 13 companies present in Caswell Park, with more than 200 employees staffed there. There are offices, laboratories, and even manufacturing units within the park, accounting for more than 170,000 sq feet of space.

The Caswell Park is run by Fasset. The company was invited last year by Oclaro to renovate the site and create managed commercial spaces there. The rental prices in the park are highly competitive, and with Fasset doing a professional job, the results are beginning to show.

The renovated park has all the facilities that a modern company could expect from an office space. It also has reinforced floors to support heavy weight shelf units.

Mitch Avis, who is the Fasset account manager for Caswell, said that they were excited to welcome a reputed company like RPS to their premises. He also said that the deal was struck quickly as Caswell was willing to provide all the facilities that a company like RPS could expect.
